Checking In – Test Event
Test event to allow you to practice scanning tickets ahead of your event. This event will not show in your organiser dashboard, it’s purely to test the scanning app ahead of your event if you wish.
HOW TO TEST SCANNING TICKETS:
- Download the scanning app instructions using the link below:
2. Get some free tickets for this test event
3. Follow the instructions on the scanning app manual to test the scanning app using the free tickets
NOTE – IF YOU HAVE WEEKEND TICKETS FOR SALE, THE SCANNING APP WILL ONLY ALLOW YOU TO SCAN YOUR TICKETS ONCE. THEREFORE IF YOU ARE CHECKING TICKETS AGAIN THE FOLLOWING DAY AND TRY TO SCAN THEM AGAIN IT WILL SAY “ALREADY CHECKED IN”.
WE RECOMMEND THAT FOR TICKETS THAT RUN OVER MULTIPLE DAYS, THAT WRISTBANDS OR STAMPS ARE PROIVIDED ON THE DAY. IF YOU DON’T DO THIS THEN THE OTHER OPTION IS TO DOWNLOAD THE ATTENDEE LIST AND MANUALLY TICK THOSE PEOPLE THAT HAVE BOUGHT WEEKEND TICKETS OFF EACH DAY.
