It’s all about the heady joy of a good meal that draws on our reverence for the produce of our land & sea. pêtchi - a Jèrriais word meaning 'to try to catch a fish' is all about the perfect pursuit of produce and local bounty - set in a beautiful and ambitious space all centred around a wood-fired open kitchen.
