Fully fitted kitchen with washing machine and drying facilities. Open-plan bed platform with feature balcony overlooking sitting room full of character. There is a king sized bed and a futon bed on the mezzanine bedroom floor and a double and a single bed in the separate downstairs bedroom, 2 z-beds and a cot also available for children. Small enclosed garden with patio and barbecue, a second small patio tucked away in a wild area, and access to our communal outdoor hot tub. Children welcome - videos, toys etc available.
