The newly renovated, beautifully presented and well-equipped Loft House is a 2 bedroom property located within the grounds of a the main house of Gros Bois where the owner live with their family and friendly labrador. The accommodation is predominantly on the first floor. On entering you will find yourself in a large bright entrance hall. To the left is the house bathroom with shower, sink and toilet and there is a separate utility cupboard with washing machine. Upstairs the main living area with bright kitchen/diner/lounge with vaulted ceiling and treetop views over the garden. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and includes electric oven and hob, fridge with ice box, dishwasher and microwave. A dining table provides seating for up to six with four chairs and two additional stools. The lounge area has a large corner sofa and Smart TV. There is a digital radio with Bluetooth connection to enable you to play your own music through the speaker. The master bedroom with a views over fields, has a comfortable king sized bed, hanging space and chest of drawers. The second bedroom has two single beds with mattresses that can zip together to form a super king bed. A mezzanine snug can be accessed via a sturdy ship’s ladder that can remain in position or be swung up against the wall out of the way. The snug has a flat screen Smart TV and daybed that provides sleeping for one. The sofa in the lounge converts to a double bed and on request bedding can be provided for this to give you more flexibility for your group’s sleeping arrangements. Perfect for individuals, couples, families, or groups of friends of up to 5 people (plus 1 infant).
