The Restaurant focuses on sourcing the finest quality beef locally & from sustainable UK farms / Butchers. Our meat is dry aged in house between 28 – 90 days & cooked over coal at 400 degrees on our enclosed Josper Grill, producing an un- matched char & flavour. For non-meat eaters we always strive to offer a selection of seasonal, local seafood & fresh produce.
