Old Government House Brasserie

The best local, organic ingredients are celebrated at The Brasserie, alongside much-loved signature dishes created by Beatrice Tollman. This light-filled conservatory, overlooking our peaceful private gardens and St Peter Port harbour beyond, is the place to relax over delicious steaks and fresh Guernsey seafood, accompanied by live piano music in the evenings. Using an abundance of fresh local produce, our Executive Head Chef has created a collection of delicious seasonal menus with daily specials on offer both at lunchtime and in the evening. The Brasserie is popular with our hotel guests but also a favourite with our local community and a popular meeting place for those who want to catch up with friends over a glass of wine and a light bite.
