La Fregate

We are a traditional Family Café looking out over St. Aubin’s Bay and bordering the gardens and fountains of Jardins de la Mer. Featuring an award winning design of an upside down boat our iconic building is run as a typical British Sea Side Café/Restaurant during the day, With Thai Food By Night Dine-In, Take-away or Delivered to your Door. Our food is fresh with seasonal variation and daily specials, and the atmosphere is relaxed and friendly with a large local year round trade. Run by Diana and Marcus Troy and family for the last 12 years, and supported by Jiitana Inthisen and her brigade, there simply isn’t another venue with so much choice. La Fregate has 60 plus seats inside, and 100 outside there is plenty of room to stretch out and enjoy the views during the day or chill underneath the flood lights in the warm evenings.
