DESCRIPTION:CoResolve: A Two Day Leadership Programme for Organisations and Leaders Bringing People With Them Through Change \nBringing people with you through change \nChange rarely affects everyone in the same way. People bring different views\, concerns\, interests and experiences. Some voices are heard easily\, while others remain beneath the surface. Resistance can grow\, and conversations can become difficult. \nCo-Resolve is a practical two-day programme for leaders\, managers and anyone whose work involves bringing people with them through change. \nDrawing on Lewis Deep Democracy\, the programme offers practical ways to: \n\nhear and work with different perspectives\nrecognise and work with resistance\nsurface what may not be being said\nnavigate tension and disagreement\nuse conflict constructively\nmake decisions that people are more able to support\n\nWhere does the approach come from? \nLewis Deep Democracy emerged in post-apartheid South Africa at a time when organisations were facing profound change. \nPeople who had previously been separated were being asked to work together in very different ways. Questions of trust\, race\, power\, anger and fear were present in everyday working relationships and decisions. \nTraditional approaches to change were not enough. The work required ways of engaging with what remained unspoken\, recognising resistance rather than trying to eliminate it\, and creating conditions where every voice could contribute to better decisions. \nThese ideas developed into Lewis Deep Democracy\, an approach now used internationally to help people\, teams and organisations work with change\, resistance and conflict in a more inclusive and honest way. \nWho is it for? \nCo-Resolve will be useful for people who: \n\nlead teams or organisations\nmanage or support change\nwork across different groups and perspectives\nfacilitate meetings and difficult conversations\nneed to build commitment around decisions\nwork with conflict\, disagreement or resistance.
