in the morning with Amanda Bond, exploring the terroir with the senses, to find edible leaves and flowers to enhance our homemade foods.
Followed by a lunch at enotèca, an Italian eatery with fine, traditional dishes hand-crafted by Marcello.
A demo of using sustainably-sourced wild foods in sweet and savoury dishes after lunch.
Sample lunch menu (the menu will change weekly):
- Flatbread with seeds
- Weeds frittata
- Fresh leaf salad

- Gelato with flowers and berries
- Natural wine and non-alcoholic cocktail
