The speed camp will include speed and agility training, strength training, mobility sessions and a variety of active workshops to improve overall athletic performance. These three days are here to give you the tools to get faster, more mobile and get stronger.
The camps will run 8.30am – 12.30pm on Monday 7th, Wednesday 9th and Friday 11th of August.
There is a maximum capacity of 30 athletes.
Please come in sport clothing and bring water, snacks, a sports towel and a notebook.
