Nourishing the Wood Element

In TCM Spring is a time for growth. As we nourish our Wood element it provides us with a clear vision to create plans and strategies. It brings purpose and the ability to work through obstacles allowing us to remain flexible and open minded.
Join me for a 6 week exploration through the Wood Element. Blending Yoga, Asana, Pranayama (Breath Work) Meditation and specific Acupressure points.
As always a community space is available for this course.
