La Veil’Ye – an informal evening of music, poetry and storytelling

Join us at Jersey’s only remaining working watermill, Le Moulin de Quetivel, for a relaxing evening of food, music, poetry and storytelling.

Join Jersey folk band, Sonneux, for an informal evening of acoustic music, storytelling and poetry in English and Jerriais at the beautiful Moulin de Quetivel in St Peter’s Valley. Wrap up warm and take a step back in time…

Please feel free to join in, take a turn or just sit back and revel in the shenanigans.

Price includes a light supper of homemade Jersey beancrock (vegetarian or meat) and Jersey Cabbage loaf.

WHAT TO BRING: A simple light supper will be provided, but please bring your own drinks and your own crockery/cutlery. Pack a blanket, wear sensible shoes and don’t forget to bring a torch as the route from the car park is unlit.

PARKING: Limited parking on site, so best to arrive early and park at the Mill Pond (10 minute walk). Better still, come by bike and make use of our new cycle racks.
