Looking for something new and fun to get you moving or maybe you need to dust off your hoop and want a little motivation to get hooping again.
This 2-hour workshop will be split into 2 sessions.
– In session 1 you will learn to hoop on your waist and move around whilst hooping. This will give you a taste of how good hooping is for helping tone and strengthen your whole-body top to toe.
-In session 2 you will be introduced to off body / hand hooping. Learn how to dazzle with tricks and moves that will make you feel like a hooping pro.
You’ll also have fun trying out some partner hooping so you’ll get to know you’re fellow hoopers and hopefully want to come back together another time to learn more.
